ON-LINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

(payment by credit/debit card only)

• Online registration is through GotSoccer/GotSport and everyone must have an account with GotSoccer/GotSport. New users will have to create a new account
• If you are a returning player from the last season you can request your ID and Password from GotSoccer. Click on "Player Password Lookup" in the existing accounts box.
• If you have more than one player to register create a new "FAMILY ACCOUNT" and create your player profiles for each player to make the registration process faster
• An email address is required to register online
• You must provide a phone number during the registration
• Players are required to provide a copy of the player's official birth certificate before being placed on a team. Copies can be emailed to the registrar at husaregistrar@gmail.com.
• Any discount vouchers can be used in step 2 of the process. Enter the number on the voucher in the voucher box. Numbers can only be used one time.
• ***ALL U9 and older players and coaches are required to have a picture ID card. After you have completed registration please sign into your GotSoccer account and upload your child's latest school photo to the player info page.

Returning Players from the Spring 2012 season may remain on their same team by noting the team name in the appropriate space.

Returning Players from the Spring 2012 season that wish to be placed on a different team in the Fall must select the box stating "Open Draw".

Late registration is on a space available basis only and the cost is $100 for U4-U10 and $110 for U11-U19. Late registration ends July 28th and players are not guaranteed placement.

$5.00 discount for each additional player from the same family. Fees include uniform and socks. All players must provide a copy of your child's official birth certificate in order to register. Refund request must be in writing mailed toHUSA P.O. Box 54204, Hurst, Texas 76054.

50% up to season start date (First scheduled game)
No refunds after season has begun

Equipment

This fall, all players will receive a new uniform consisting of a numbered shirt, shorts and socks. Each spring, the returning players will use their uniform they received in the fall, and any new players will receive a new uniform prior to the beginning of the season. Every player must wear shin guards during practices and games. Soccer cleats should be worn. Please use the following listing when determining the correct size soccer ball for your child.

Practice Times and Locations

Coaches are responsible for establishing team practice times and locations.

Practices for the U05/U06 age group are limited to one 1-hour session per week.

For the U07/U08 age group, two 1-hour sessions per week.

For the U09 and older age groups, two 2-hour sessions per week.

We do not honor requests for children to be placed on a specific team.
