Kohl's American Cup

Bedford Euless Soccer Association is proudly hosting Kohl's American Cup at Texas Star in Euless November 12, 2011

Description:

- Tournament is for recreational teams ages U4 through U8, registered with US Youth Soccer through local and state associations

- Teams will be scheduled three games

- Teams are allowed a maximum of 3 guest players. Teams with guest players must submit a "Guest Player Release" with all required signatures at team check-in

- Each player will receive a tournament t-shirt and participation award

- All players present must be given the opportunity to play at least one-half of each game

- All players must have a "Medical Release" completed (not required to be notarized)

- U5 & U6 will NOT offer a all girls team division. Any all girl teams in U5 & U6 will play against co-ed teams in their bracket - U7 & U8 WILL offer a all girls team division if enough girls teams register

Team Entry Fees: U5-U8 : $105 Registration: - Registration Deadline October 30, 2011 - Register online at www.besasoccer.com (see tournament tab for the registration link) - Sign up early to reserve a spot for your team, space is limited.

Duration of Games:

- U5&U6 will play four quarters which are 8 minutes in length.

- U7&U8 will play four quarters which are 10 minutes in length. Number of Players:

- U5&U6 will play with 4 players on the field (No Goalie).

- U5&U6 maximum roster is 8 players.

- U7&U8 will play with 5 players on the field (one of which must be a Goalie).

- U7&U8 maximum roster is 10 players.

Team Check-In Procedures:

- Team check in will be 1 hour prior to first game at Texas Star Complex. There is no Make-up date if inclement weather cancels the tournament. Every effort will be made to play all games in case of inclement weather. Games may be shortened to accommodate a delayed schedule. In the event of tournament cancellation, all teams will receive a refund of entry fees paid on a pro-rata basis for games played i.e. 0 played 100% refund, 1 played 67% refund, 2 played 33% refund.
